Annual Homeowner's Meeting & other Announcements

The Annual Willowbrook Homeowner's Meeting will be Tuesday, May 5th from 7:00-8:00 PM. at 217 Sitka Court. The agenda includes:

• Annual Board of Directors report to homeowners
• Ratification of Board Officers
• Homeowner approval of common area landscaping and plan

Other Announcements:

There will be a Willowbrook Spring Clean-up on Saturday, April 25th beginning at 8:00 AM. Meet at the south entrance of Willowbrook with shovels, rakes and wheelbarrows for common area cleanup. Questions? Contact Marc Spinner:  mspinner1@live.com

The annual HOA Garage Sale weekend will be Friday and Saturday, May 15th and 16th beginning at 8:00 AM.
