WILLOWBROOK PLACE APARTMENTS APPLICATION UPDATE - 5/1/2022

WILLOWBROOK PLACE APARTMENTS APPLICATION UPDATE - 5/1/2022

The developers are seeking to develop a 108 unit apartment complex that will significantly increase traffic flows on Piper Street in both directions through our neighborhood. Our neighborhood has hired legal representation and fought back three prior applications. We have a pending lawsuit against the developers for seeking approval for a use inconsistent with the community covenants.

We still need financial assistant to fund the experts and legal representation necessary to mitigate the impact of this land use proposal. The community retained the services of David A. Bricklin, Esq. and are pursuing all legal remedies to mitigate the impact of the propose apartments.

To assist in funding the legal challenge, please visit our gofundme site:  https://gofund.me/55a384e6
There is a transaction fee with gofundme, so if you prefer checks can made out to Willowbrook Community Association and be mailed or dropped off to 217 Sitka Ct. Note Legal fund on the check.
