We were finally able to meet as a board last night and due to the Coronavirus our annual meeting that was to be held in May will not occur this year. Assessments went out about a month late, but everyone should have been notified and sent their assessments for the year. Our fiscal year runs July 1-June 30 and assessments were kept at $150.00 for the year.
We are unsure if our annual Halloween Parade and hot dog party will be able to occur. It depends on what Phase we are in and what the local government guidelines will be.
Reminder that boats and trailers cannot be parked on streets for storage. See out covenants linked on the right hand side of this site.
