To our valued KID Customer’s in PSA 120:
We apologize for the loss of water our customers have experienced this water season. KID Crews discovered that a contractor, unrelated to KID, damaged a main discharge pipe that supplies water to you from the Willowbrook main pump. This is the second time this season that water has been off due to contractor damage.
The Contractor plans to make the necessary repairs this morning, June 7th; and the system will be started this afternoon.
