Eastwood  & Pacific Ct.

Party afterward at 217 Sitka Ct.

Decorate your golf carts, wagons, strollers, bikes, dogs and parade around Willowbrook. We start the parade at 4:00pm at Eastwood and Pacific Ct., Walk or ride behind the fire trucks and our GRAND MARSHALS!!

Party: From the parade, say goodbye and a BIG THANK YOU to the RICHLAND Fire Dept. and head over to 217 Sitka Ct for the SPOOKY HOLLOW HOT DOG FEED. There will be chili dogs, chips, veggies, apples, juice bags, water, and hot apple cider.

Bring your neighbors and friends and join in the fun!

Meet at Claybell Park’s south parking lot, 425 Broadmoor St., South Richland.

9 a.m. till noon—last tour leaves at 10 a.m.

Trail guides will lead participants on a walk covering a 1-1/2 mile circuit of seven distinct stations. At each post, expert stationmasters will give short presentations on Amon plants, birds, geology, and wildlife. This year, seven distinct stations will highlight many topics:

·      shrub steppe and riparian habitat

·      common and uncommon resident birds and waterfowl

·      wildlife such as badger, coyote, beaver, jackrabbit, and lizards

·      plant restoration areas where native plants are slowly coming back after many hours of volunteer labor

·      wildflowers in bloom

·      beaver dams and ponds courtesy of Einstein and his progeny

·      future development in Amon Basin

·      geologic history: Little Badger fault, Ice Age floods, and glacial erratics

·      future development in Amon Basin

Wear sunscreen, sturdy shoes, and bring your own water. Please leave dogs at home.

Annual Homeowner's Meeting & other Announcements

The Annual Willowbrook Homeowner's Meeting will be Tuesday, May 5th from 7:00-8:00 PM. at 217 Sitka Court. The agenda includes:

• Annual Board of Directors report to homeowners
• Ratification of Board Officers
• Homeowner approval of common area landscaping and plan

Other Announcements:

The annual HOA Garage Sale weekend will be Friday and Saturday, May 15th and 16th beginning at 8:00 AM.
